WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a natural human condition where someone's attention is focused, their peripheral awareness is reduced, and an there is an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. 

 

It is similar to other forms of relaxation where there is reduced sympathetic nervous system activity, decreased blood pressure, slowed heart rate, and increased alpha and theta brainwave activity.  

WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic mind-body intervention where hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility for the treatment of medical or psychological disorders or concerns.

HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS

We will start with a discussion about your goals and what you want to achieve with hypnotherapy. Once we have done that, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation. You maybe feel like you are floating or feel heaviness.

When you are fully relaxed, I will make suggestions to your subconscious based on the conversation we had before the session. This is to help you visualise your goals/future.
