WHAT IS EFT TAPPING?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, which is a form of Energy Psychology.
It is a practical tool that utilises acupressure points along the body's meridian lines. It helps us tune into the negative patterns that we develop around our feelings, intrusive thoughts or memories. We use our fingers to gently tap on these points while bringing these negative thoughts and/or emotions into consciousness to restore balance, correct disrupted energy, and find relief.
