1. About New Dawn Holistics

This website is operated by Dawn Cowperthwaite, trading as New Dawn Holistics, based in Cumbria, UK.

Dawn offers professional reflexology and holistic therapies and is trained as an Access Bars® Practitioner and Access Energetic Facelift® Practitioner. She is currently completing her Clinical Reflexology Diploma.

2. Area of Operation

New Dawn Holistics offers professional reflexology and holistic therapies from a calm, welcoming treatment room in Langwathby, Cumbria.

3. Use of This Website

4. Bookings and Payments

  • To book a session, please complete the booking form with your name, email, and preferred session type.

  • Once your form is received, Dawn will contact you to confirm the session details, dates, location, and payment arrangements.

  • Payment is required before your session takes place. Details will be provided by email.

  • Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and may be updated periodically.

  • All services are provided by Dawn personally; no third-party booking agents are used.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing on newdawnholistics@yahoo.com.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If Dawn needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available once a session has been completed.

  • If you cancel within the notice period, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be charged in full.

7. Nature of Services

  • The holistic therapies offered by New Dawn Holistics are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or advice.

  • Dawn is a qualified holistic therapist and reflexologist, not a medical doctor or licensed mental health professional.

  • If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are currently receiving medical treatment, please consult with your GP or healthcare provider before booking a session.

  • Holistic therapies are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.

  • You should continue to follow the advice and treatment plans provided by your medical professionals.

  • In case of emergency or acute medical or psychological concerns, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or dial 999 immediately.

  • By booking a treatment with New Dawn Holistics, you acknowledge that you understand the complementary nature of these therapies and agree to take full responsibility for your own health decisions. ​

Please inform Dawn before your appointment if you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, infections, or if you are pregnant, as some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions.

 

8. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared with Dawn during sessions is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

  • Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

  • Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is collected and stored.

While every effort is made to provide a safe, supportive, and beneficial experience, New Dawn Holistics cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
