After 17 years working in finance and a background in retail, I discovered holistic therapies during a challenging period in my life. Being introduced to Access Bars® and Reiki changed my perspective completely, helping me find greater balance, calm and resilience. That experience inspired me to retrain and build a career supporting others through complementary therapies.
Today, I'm a fully qualified holistic therapist offering a range of treatments that encourage relaxation, reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing. Every appointment is tailored to your individual needs, with the aim of creating a peaceful space where you can slow down, recharge and reconnect with yourself.
